Registration takes place in three simple steps:
1 Account creation - Create a customer account.

Who can register with us as a business customer ?

If you are the owner of a hair salon, a self-employed hairstylist or a business owner in the beauty sector with a valid VAT ID or a valid business registration, you can register with us as a business customer.

How long does the activation take ?

Once we receive your business registration, activation usually takes one business day. However, in particularly urgent cases, you can also contact our customer service by phone at +49 361 / 7314745. We will then try to expedite the process for you.

What happens after activation ?

You will receive an email from us confirming your activation as a business customer. From that moment on, you will have access to all the benefits of being a business customer in our online shop, including all special offers, quantity discounts, and the display of net prices. Of course, this requires you to log in to the shop with your new customer account.

Can I, as a business customer, also order smaller quantities ?

Of course, you can order small quantities from us as you wish. You will always receive the business customer price. However, additional quantity discounts and free shipping only apply from a minimum order quantity (depending on the product) or a total order value of at least € 70.00.
